We,C&B Shenzhen are equipped with TOSHIBA(All electrical),NISSEI(Japan) and HAITIAN(China) high precision injection molding machines with clamping force range from 20Ton to 470Ton in Shenzhen factory, and will be up to 1000Ton in 2008;
We are not only experts for making normal plastic moulds but also creating moulds for double injection machine(2-shot molding).

There are a wide range plastic materials,like ABS,PC,PC/ABS,PA(PA6,PA6.6,PA12),POM,PP,PPS, and those material can be with or without glass fibre or Teflon reinforced; And even if some very very special engineering material like Ultem(PEI),Radel(PSU),PEEK,etc. Anyway,we have a lot experience for most of the material. |
