NO	Project Management Process (contents)
1	Assisting Marketing Dept in valuing, quoting and making a technical assessment.
2	Digesting the information from customer after receiving the order, and making the schedule of mould production.
3	Making construction sketch for customers' confirmation.
4	Following and checking the 2D general assembly drawing, when it’s OK, submitting it to the customer for confirmation.
5	Updating the schedule of mould production after the confirmation 2D general assembly drawing.
6	Following up with 3D design and the schedule of mould production.
7	Submitting the updated progressing picture of production and schedule to the customer weekly.
8	Following up mould trials and submitting the samples.
9	Following up mould modifications and submitting the confirmed mould and testing report.
10	Checking and inspecting each technical and construction details of the mould with the related staff before mould shipment.
11	Testing for failure-free operation within 1- 4 hours.
12	Collecting the related papers, preparing for packing and then shipment.
